Sustainable Industrial Material

PyraWAX for Industry

PyraWAX for Industry is a heavy hydrocarbon–based wax material produced through a continuous thermal pyrolysis process using low-value plastic waste as feedstock. It is developed to serve industrial applications that require functional wax materials with stable thermal behavior and controllable flow characteristics. Unlike conventional paraffin wax, PyraWAX for Industry is a plastic-derived wax with a more complex hydrocarbon structure, offering distinct functional properties suitable for non-consumer and process-driven industrial uses.

Intended Industrial Applications: PyraWAX for Industry is being developed for use as a process aid, binder, or functional wax material in industrial manufacturing systems that demand controlled thermal and mechanical performance.

Continuous Production Capability: Designed for continuous production systems, ensuring stable supply and scalable output for medium- to large-scale manufacturing operations.

Circular Feedstock Integration: Utilizes non-recyclable, low-value plastic waste as primary feedstock, reducing dependence on petroleum-based waxes while supporting circular economy principles in industrial material sourcing.
